Live Illustration Packages

I can illustrate approximately 8-10 guests per hour. Guests are illustrated in singles or pairs on quality 5x7’ white card using vibrant markers. I also add glitter to any outfits that require a touch of sparkle!

I will always prioritise the wedding party first, with guests thereafter on a first come, first served basis. Each person will be illustrated once, giving all guests the chance to be drawn. Larger group configurations (2 adults and 2 children, 3 adults, families etc) can also be drawn, however please note that these will be on a slightly larger A5 card format. 

Each illustration will be carefully wrapped in a protective cover to protect from any drink spillages.

Should you desire, I can keep hold of all illustrations and post them out to you after the event, enabling you to write a little thank you message on the back to give to your guests personally.

Package Options

30 Guests - £450

This package includes 3 hours of live illustration and guarantees that all 30 guests will be drawn on the day, even if it takes a little longer.

40 Guests - £595

This package includes 4 hours of live illustration and guarantees that all 40 guests will be drawn on the day, even if it takes a little longer.

50 Guests - £745

This package includes 5 hours of live illustration. As many guests as possible will be drawn on the day within the time frame shown, with the remainder finished back at the studio after the event if not completed. They will then be posted out within two weeks.

60 Guests - £895

This package includes 6 hours of live illustration. As many guests as possible will be drawn on the day within the time frame shown, with the remainder finished back at the studio after the event if not completed. They will then be posted out within two weeks.

70 Guests - £1045

This package includes 6 hours of live illustration. As many guests as possible will be drawn on the day within the time frame shown, with the remainder finished back at the studio after the event if not completed. They will then be posted out within two weeks.

80 Guests - £1195

This package includes 6 hours of live illustration. As many guests as possible will be drawn on the day within the time frame shown, with the remainder finished back at the studio after the event if not completed. They will then be posted out within two weeks.
PLEASE NOTE
TRAVEL

I include travel up to 20 miles from DL5 6BL, however if your venue is further afield, that’s absolutely fine. I charge 50p for each additional mile.


GUEST NUMBERS

If you have a number of guests attending that doesn’t quite fit into the above packages, it’s a good idea to go with the one that includes slightly more as I can always duplicate some illustrations so that friends who pose together can take a picture home each. On the flip side, not all guests will want their picture taking / drawing so you can always book in for a smaller package and I will work on a first come, first serve basis until the number of guests has been reached.

NEED DUPLICATE IMAGES?

If you would like any duplicates created after the event (such as friends who posed together but each want one), I can create these at £10 per illustration.
